Cannot find the device you want to connect?
Please follow the guide below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Device is not powered on or has not completed setup
-
Ensure the device is powered on.
-
Follow the power-on setup instructions, if applicable.
2. Device is not nearby or signal is blocked
-
Keep the distance between your phone and the device within 3 meters.
-
Remove any objects that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
3. Bluetooth scanning anomalies
-
Continuous scanning may cause search failures or no responses.
-
Try restarting your phone's Bluetooth or wait a few moments and retry.
4. Device is connected to another phone
-
Method 1: Turn off Bluetooth on the other connected phone. Then return to the “Add Device” page on this phone and search again.
-
Method 2: Reset the device to factory settings, then follow the power-on setup instructions.
5. Device is already connected to a network and cannot connect normally
-
Method 1: Ensure the front device is powered on and working. Use the rear device only when the front device is functioning properly.
-
Method 2:
-
If the front device cannot power on:
-
Open the app and scroll to the bottom of the device page.
-
Tap “Disconnect Network” to remove it from the network.
-
Reconnect to the rear (non-front) device.
-
Alternatively, long-press the body button on the rear device to reset it to factory settings and reconnect.
